Each STAINED masterpiece undergoes a heat-set process that makes them durable and easy to care for. Simply turn the item inside out, machine-wash cold, and tumble dry low. Best to wash your hand-painted denim hand-washed with colour care detergents. Alternatively, you may also do dry cleaning.

An art commission is the hiring and payment for the creation of a custom piece of original art. A commission provides clients with original works of art specifically tailored to them.

Each commission is unique, and each client is provided with an estimate based on the factors below:

Once the commission is started it generally takes 7-14 days for smaller/simpler designs and 20-30 days for larger/complex designs.

Shipping cost is based on the size and weight of the package, destination and how quickly you need your STAINED masterpiece.

STAINED has customers all over the world, and we can ship to most countries. Please note, that international shipments may take 4-8weeks. STAINED is not responsible for delayed or lost mail or any additional postage or customs costs requested by the buyer’s home country.

Once your order is shipped we will email you your tracking number along with a copy of your Official Receipt. It may take a few days for tracking information to become available.

If you give us the wrong address and/or your package is deemed undeliverable by the courier service it will be returned to us. When it arrives here we’ll contact you and ask you to give us a new address. We will not try to ship it to the same address, and you’ll need to pay for shipping again. (We will verify the address before sending the parcel for delivery).

Based on the customisation and uniqueness of our product returns are not accepted. This is standard for any sale of commissioned art. However, if the product arrives damaged notify us within (3) days of delivery at stainedtribe@gmail.com for us to do a damaged and repair inspection.

STAINED currently uses PayPal to accept payments. PayPal is one of the safest and most recognized payment processors in the world and accepts most major credit and debit cards. We never store or have access to your payment details. You can learn more about PayPal’s security on their Secure Payment Services page. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

STAINED also accepts other payments such as Wise, Gcash, PayMaya and Direct Bank Transfer.
